THANKSGIVING TABLESCAPES

Can you believe that Halloween has passed and we already have Thanksgiving on the brain? Even though we are sad the year is going so quickly, we do love planning our holiday events, and Thanksgiving is no exception!

Along with planning our turkey day menu with all of the delicious side dishes, we also love making our table settings beautiful as a wow-factor for our dinner guests. The table setting decor does not need to be expensive. We've pulled together 5 tablescape ideas to share with you below. These settings mostly used items we already had on hand OR mostly items that we purchased from the Dollar Store!

Check out our ideas below - we've included links to most of the items so you can create a beautiful setting for your family and friends!

TABLESCAPE 1

The whites and grays in this tablescape theme were pulled from the colors of this particular kitchen. We kept this look simple and cost affective by doing a DIY table runner of kraft paper, pulling a wreath we had hanging on our door and simple pieces around the house we already had.

A thanksgiving table place setting. A rattan charger, a grey dinner plate, white napkin with a white bowl sitting on top. A small white pumpkin sits in the bowl with a craft paper that says Give is tied to the pumpkin. A wheat wreath with white pumpkins placed on top is used as the centerpiece to this table-scape with brown craft paper with white writing used as the table runner.

TABLESCAPE 2

We went non-traditional here with a black and white striped table runner that can double as a Halloween/fall look! Check out the cute leaves we trimmed from a houseplant to add a unique element to each place setting!

A thanksgiving table scape with orange and yellow décor. A black and white striped table runner is placed down the middle of the table with a wooden tray as the centerpiece with a candle and white vases with small greenery. Small white pumpkins are used on both sides of the wooden tray. The place settings for this thanksgiving table scape are orange dinner plates, white square salad plates are on top of the orange plates. yellow napkins are folded with a sprig of wheat and a green leaf, a chalkboard name tag is placed on top of the yellow napkin. Wine glasses are placed next to each plate.

TABLESCAPE 3

Dark and moody was the goal with this tablescape! Everything on this table cost a GRAND TOTAL of $20! We decided to keep it simple with each place setting and make the center of the table the focal point! Check out the antlers we pulled from the hubbies hunting stash 🤣

A thanksgiving table scape with a dark rustic theme. Greenery, acorns, orange yarn pumpkins and antlers are placed down the middle of the table as a table runner. Grey wood chargers with grey dinner plates are at each place setting with orange napkins placed on each one. Clear name tags are placed on top of each napkin and black stemless wine glasses are set next to each place setting.

TABLESCAPE 4

We wanted something unique for this tablescape and a pop of color was a must! We decided to use orange and blue for an unexpected twist on traditional fall colors.

A thanksgiving table scape created with orange and blue. A blue table runner is placed down the middle of a wood table with amber glass and clear glass vases holding fall stems. A wooden bead garland is draped along the middle. A rattan stand with an orange yarn pumpkin is placed on the ends of the blue table runner. The place settings start with a cognac leather charger, a white dinner plate and a white salad plate placed on top. A blue buffalo check napkin is tied in a knot with a rose gold napkin ring that says Thankful. Rose gold Moscow mule cups and rose gold forks are placed next to each place setting.

TABLESCAPE 5

With thoughts of a wood-side cottage and earthy tones on the brain we created this sparkling tablescape. A very inexpensive option for setting your Thanksgiving table.

This farmhouse style Thanksgiving table scape with a burlap runner and a eucalyptus garland placed down the center of the table. Small round wooden chargers have votives on them with other votives and mercury glass pumpkins placed along the runner. Gold chargers are at each place setting with a white salad plate and white napkin folded and placed at the top of the charger. A cutout of thankful words are placed on the napkin with a spoon on top. A clear stemless glass and a wine glass are placed next to each place setting.
