As we all know, the ladies (and their significant others) on Jasmine are big fans of a good alcoholic beverage! However, a few times a year we like to give our liver a break - always a good choice for our minds and our bodies. Most of us are participating in "Dry January" for 2022.

If you're like us and taking a mini break from some Titos, this sparkling raspberry lemonade mockatil will keep you satisfied with a delicious beverage while also providing a healthy option! The main goal of our January mocktails: fast, easy, simple and delicious. This checks every box!



  • Raspberries (5-6 for drink and a few extra for garnish)

  • Fresh lemon juice (from half a lemon)

  • Ice

  • Sparkling water

  • 1 tsp simple syrup

  1. Add raspberries and lemon juice to the glass

  2. Muddle together

  3. Add ice to glass

  4. Fill with sparkling water

  5. Add simple syrup and stir

  6. Garnish with raspberries and ENJOY!


We always prefer to use FRESH lemon and lime juice in our drinks, when possible. It definitely provides a better taste and added health benefits. It can seem daunting to add the extra step of cutting the lemons/limes, plus taking the time to juice. You can check out our favorite lemon/lime juicer HERE!
