CARAMEL APPLE MIMOSA-TINI
There is never a bad time for a mimosa, and if there is, we certainly haven't found it. If you loved our mimosa flight post, you are going to love this fall themed mimosa with a kick!
It combines all of your fall favorites, apple cider, champagne, and vodka (caramel).

The caramel apple mimosa-tini is a fairly simple drink to throw together and you probably have most of the ingredients on hand at home, and you can always substitute the caramel vodka for regular if you choose!
INGREDIENTS
Caramel
Cinnamon Sugar
1/4 cup Apple Cider
2 oz. Caramel Vodka (we used salted caramel)
Champagne
INSTRUCTIONS:
Pour caramel into a small dish
Pour cinnamon sugar into a separate small dish
Dip your champagne flute into the caramel to rim the glass, then dip it in cinnamon sugar until the caramel is coated
Pour 1/4 cup apple cider and 2 oz. of caramel vodka into a cocktail shaker with ice
Shake until ingredients are chilled, then pour into your champagne flute
Top with champagne
Like we said, you can substitute the caramel vodka for regular vodka, or take the vodka out all together and just have a true apple cider mimosa. We just love the flavor the caramel vodka adds and how much it brings out the late fall feels...

The caramel apple mimosa-tini is so delicious and perfect for any occasion! Do you have a favorite mimosa mixer? Did you try our flight or printouts? Drop a line below and let us know your thoughts!!
